While we can’t talk (quite) as freely about our work with private sector clients, we can share that we’ve conducted business operations analysis and built performance management dashboards for a SaaS company owned by a mission-minded private equity firm with $17B+ in assets under management. This work involved a quick upstart - we got to work days after this client reached out with an urgent need - and a process of building trust and identifying and removing roadblocks.
Our additional private sector work has included the development of a data mart to improve QA for a financial technology company with a $3B+ market capitalization, and performed financial modeling for a growing government contractor in the lead-up to their $20M Series A round.
