Committed to an approach that would engage and galvanize their staff, board, and community partners, Brocade led the Legal Aid Justice Center through a collaborative rethinking of their identity, goals, governance, and community relationships. With a successful strategic plan in-hand, they accepted a transformative $10M unrestricted gift that further accelerated their work.

Now a trusted resource for the Center, Brocade has returned to address additional, critical needs, including a staff equity assessment and, more recently, an analysis and rethinking of their leadership structure.
